The application for the third phase of Opportunity Now Colorado is open!
In Phase 3, OEDIT plans to award up to seven $1 million grants to industry, employers, intermediaries, educational institutions, and workforce innovators scaling proven models or approaches to addressing Colorado’s talent gaps:
- Three $1 million grants for programs operating in the infrastructure, health care, education, and/or early childhood education sectors.
- Four $1 million grants for programs operating in the behavioral health sector.
Phase 3 is funded by HB22-1350, HB24-1365, and SB22-181 sources from Colorado’s General Assembly.
Please visit the Opportunity Now website to review the eligibility criteria for Phase 3 carefully, as key changes have been made to the grant program from previous rounds.
All Phase 3 awardees must be able to realize outcomes, meaning placing individuals into jobs, by the grant end period (June 2026 for behavioral health sector grants; October 2026 for infrastructure, health care, education, and/or early childhood education sector grants).
