The Opportunity Now Program Team would like to share this recommended grant agreement template that Program Leads can use when working with their subrecipients. While this template itself is not required, Program Leads do need an agreement in place that includes the pass-thru of all of OEDIT’s terms and conditions from the original agreement to the subrecipients.
If your organization already has a standard grant agreement it uses with subrecipients, we recommend attaching your Opportunity Now grant agreement from OEDIT as an addendum to your organization’s standard one to ensure all terms and conditions flow through.
Note: This template is designed for local governments – it can be easily updated for use with all other organization types.
